Jonathan Stevens Mattress Co

The staff here treated me incredibly. While searching for a latex mattress, I probably hit up every furniture/mattress store in Muskegon (there is a surprisingly large list of said stores within the Muskegon area.) This was the only place that didn't try to pressure me to buy something right away with the common "this week only" sale deals that are seemingly going on all the time at every other store. The guy was very knowledgeable and let me lay on the mattress for as long as I liked so I could really get a feel of it. What's even better, is despite the other places having near constant sales, getting my bed at Johnathan Stevens was still drastically cheaper than the latex mattresses were anywhere else. When I came in to buy I was even offered a few hundred dollars off if I bought their store display mattress, since they were in the process of switching them out. I've had my latex mattress for about a year and two months now and have absolutely no complaints about it's quality and comfort.

We purchased a Twin size Comfort Rest 3 for our son's new bunk bed from Jonathan Stevens Matress Co. We came in near closing time and the salesman; Regan Lundquist, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped guide us in finding the right matress. We were also able to take it home with us the same day. Our son has been comfortably sleeping on the matress for almost 2 full months now, but they have a 90 day comfort exchange and return policy in case you are not as satisfied as we have been! They have a large selection for any price range and and we would return in the future for any matress needs!

My family had such a great experience here. The employee that helped us find our perfect mattress really listened to our wants and needs instead of just trying to sell us the priciest mattress. We were very impressed with quality for the price and willingness to help us. When we could not get the box spring up our stairs they helped us out tremendously with getting a split one. Also delivery was fast and they set it up for us too! Our mattress is giving us a great nights sleep three months in and we have no complaints! Great service and great quality.
