Kayleigh was amazing. She was forceful in the sale. We didn't didn't get that uncomfortable feeling you get when you go into some places where you just feel pressured to buy something. She was very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend this business and her to any one. Very happy with the customer service we received!

We went in to get a new mattress for our guest room and Gibb was a tremendous help. He quickly assessed our need and price range, found us several options and got us a great deal on a mattress. Very friendly and no pressure!

Shopping and purchasing at Mattress Firm in Roosevelt Park was an awesome experience all the way around. Since my wife and daughter had a great experience there a couple of years ago, my wife and I went into the store this time to shop for a new queen size mattress for ourselves. Laura was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! She listened closely to our needs and our budget, and worked extremely hard to get us an an exceptional mattress at an exceptional price. So much so, that we ended up buying an additional mattress for our son! Thanks Laura and Mattress Firm for coming through for our family once again - we appreciate you!
