Kaia FIT Carson

After just one class i know I’m home. Kaia fit is everything I’ve been wanting from my fitness time and everything i couldn’t get by myself at the gym... the supportive women and knowledgeable coaches creates a perfect high energy super motivated environment and it’s amazing. If you’re thinking about it, just TRY IT!

I love Carrie’s dance classes so much, that I drove an hour 2 days in a row, just to go to them! Rock it Carrie!

Kaia FIT is awesome! I've been a "Kaia girl" for about a year, and I cannot believe how much stronger I am. The exercises are designed to help us function better in our lives, so we can lift, squat, and hold up our own weight--just as we need to in our daily activities. I love the community of women and know that Kaia FIT is right for every woman!

Kaia Fit, the owners, coaches and other members have been part of my life/lifestyle for 8 years now. A great program, professional coaches, trainers, nutrition advisors and friends. They've got it all here. I highly recommend Kaia Fit to anyone looking to start a new journey or try something new from their old routine. This isn't just a gym.

The entire atmosphere, in both the Carson and Minden gyms, is supportive, loving, and enthusiastic. The variety of classes is nice as well. The coaches push you hard and encourage you harder. I would recommend to any woman at any fitness level.
