Outages and bottlenecks are common (several times per month). You'll pay over $100 a month for 5mbps downstream and less than 1mbps upstream. Advertised as "broadband" despite being nowhere near the FCC's defined benchmark of 25mbps/4mbps.

I would like to know who to talk to for good customer service. I canceled satellite for Netflix, Amazon and max Internet speed, didn't even notice the difference. Money or performance. The Internet also goes down several times every year. Sometimes for days. I pay way to much for this kind of service but no other limitless competition so BOHICA.

Professional and helpful staff. Internet service is good (for being dsl) most of the time. Occasionally slows down to a crawl. Service interruption seldom occurs. Staff is always willing to listen to issues and try to find resolution quickly.

worst internet service ever $80 a month for 5 meg can't watch a YouTube video without it lagging

When it's good, it's good, but when it's out it could be days. Says I'm connected to wifi, yet I'm going over my data, channels don't load. Called for tech support and never heard back.
