Great service!! Called and actually spoke with a real person, great customer service over the phone, had a quote in minutes and a time when my glass could be installed. I had called Safelite first and got an automated response that I had to give information to and decided to hang up after a few of the questions. Daniel and Shad arrived within the time fame given over the phone. They made the job look easy and quick. I will use them again if needed and will tell my friends about the great service.

I was really pleased with the service I had with Kentucky auto glass, and the technician, Daniel! They were the cheapest quote around, came to my place of employment to replace my windshield, and it was taken care of in under an hour. Nice people and good service! Daniel even took the time to take my oil change sticker off my old windshield and put it on the new one- little things go a long way
