Window World of Louisville

We had 16 windows installed by Nelson and his team. They did a great job from start to finish. Cleaned up everything and took extra care not to walk on flowers around the house. Caulking both inside and out was flawless. He is a professional installer and his work showed it. Price was great for triple pane. Living 200 yards from interstate the sound difference is huge. Cuts the glare with right amount of tinting. Tom the salesman did a great job measuring and giving options to make the process easy.

Yet another ONE STAR REVIEW! It took over 6 months from order date to completion! One hand has NO IDEA what the other is doing at this franchise. Product design for sliding patio doors very poor, hook is lifetime guarantee, would have spent lots more for less hassle...

Who is running this place? Terrible. Absolutely horrendous. Save yourself some time and hassle and spend the extra money for Andersen products and installation. I had to call and remind them that I placed an order for a sliding door with frame. Magically my shipment was in the next day. They installed the products without peeling stickers off leaving no way to remove them. Left a nasty residue on the frame after peeling some of the stickers off, but not all of them Everything was half way done. I was told that they would have to take up some of the flooring to ensure the job was done properly, but turns out they halfway did that too. Temporary fix was a 2x4 to brace the subfloor. Then I find out they charged my credit card twice. After disputing the charge, this was remedied. Glad I check all of my charges meticulously, because it was a card I was no longer using. After all of this, they lost pieces to the door handle assembly and had to order more parts, which shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to get in. 4 weeks later still no part, and no word, from window world. After I call (and leave messages...yes pleural ) I finally get a call back saying they lost one of their install technicians, which is understandable, but how about calling the customer and explaining the delay? So I schedule a time for the new technician to come back out and install parts to the door and handle, which means someone has to be at the house again to let them in. They come and all is well and good, except they have the wrong parts. No one bothered to check all of this before sending the poor tech back out to install the parts. INEXCUSABLE. So now they are fedexing me parts for me to install myself. Why did I pay for installation again? Summary: DONT USE WINDOW WORLD

We have used Window World of Louisville to replace our windows when we bought our house a few years back and recently used them again to replace a sliding door in our dining area and we'll never use a different company ever! Ben is the guy who worked with us and he told us everything we need to know about their products and gave us honest opinions about pretty much everything we asked. They installed our new sliding door right on time before it got cold and we can seriously tell the difference when we walk near it and we can no longer feel the cold air coming in anymore. Thank you so much!!!

I had the most wonderful experience!!!! Everything from the time I set my appointment all the way until the last windows installed was handled professionally. I would highly recommend anybody looking to do any kind of exterior home remodeling to use Window World. Hell I didn't even mention the fact that they were about half the price of anybody else I just got a quote from Lol Thanks again Window World!!
