We had all three kitchen bay windows replaced by Window World on 3-13-18. Your installer, Phil, arrived on time as planned. He was very efficient. In about 3 hours time, the job was complete, everything inside and out was cleaned up and Phil took the time to show both of us the proper way to use our fold-in windows. We are very pleased with how air tight the new windows are, as compared to the old. Without question, when the time comes to replace the other 13 windows, your location will be hearing from us again. Thanks for a job well done and please be sure to let Phil know how pleased we are with his workmanship and professionalism.

The folks at Window World were a pleasure to work with and the customer service was great. We just had sliding doors installed a couple of weeks ago, and are very pleased with the installation and look of the doors.

Just had my windows installed - what a difference! Much quieter, and the house is warmer too. So far, so good - satisfied, and a lovely lady named 'Rita" from WW made a follow-up call to make sure all went well.

You can't go wrong choosing Window World of Lexington. The process of measuring the windows and ordering the windows was painless. It took a few weeks for windows to come in but once they did they schedule a date within a few days and showed up to install on time and made it as quick and easy for us as possible! The difference in our house sound wise is incredible and also we are running our air up more because the windows are so energy efficient!

My husband and I have to say that Window World is awesome! They did a wonderful job. Bill Cox was the salesman and came out and demonstrated a window to us in detail. A few weeks later two workers from Window World came to install them. These gentlemen were great! They never stopped and did an awesome job! They were so friendly and down to earth! They were done after a few hours of installing ten windows. I would recommend Window World to anyone! They have a great warranty! A great work team! We love our windows! Thanks so much to the team of Window World!
