Went to this one for the first time in years. For $22 we had the Tenders Meal with 12 tenders, 2 sides and 4 biscuits. Good food, great price and lots of it. Not disappointed at all and fed 3 very hungry adults no problem! Service was good too, but the staff could have smiled a bit more. Would have gotten a bigger tip

Absolutely disgusted with this place every time I come here they pull me up when I’m the only one in line and I end up waiting 20 min for the food. How long does it take to make a small sandwich that consists of a bun fried chicken and two pickles. Then they either mess it up or forget things. Management needs to get on top of their time managing and station managing skills. Staff is more preoccupied with conversation then actually focusing on pushing out the food to the customer.

I got an 8 piece chicken meal in the pieces were so small it barely fed three of us... and also went to the KFC in Warren the other day and got a couple of Chicken Little sandwiches that were the worst sandwiches I've ever gotten they were awful.. they were cold and too hard to eat and just awful. I'll definitely think twice about going back ever..

Staff is constantly preoccupied with conversation, and will have you pull past the drive through window even when you are the only one in line. Management is terrible as this location has poor quality food and can't get food out without time and struggle, and it has been this way for years and years. I still go here because, well, tacos are my weakness. Even ones with semi stale tortillas and wilted vegetables.

I have no clue why they have to change things up so often. The Mac and cheese is awful now, the mash potatoes definitely came from a box, the flavor of chicken has just disappeared. The only thing this business has going for them BARELY!!! is taco Bell

I used to LOVE going to Chili's. It has been a while since I've eaten there because one if my favorite things to eat has changed dramatically. Southwest Eggrolls were 1 of mine and my spouses favorite things to get have really gone downhill FAST. They dont tell you on the menu that they started putting hot peppers in them without ANY notice!! There is NO warning on the menu to tell ANYONE that they are VERY hot and spicey now! REALLY?! Also Chilli's used to serve them with with 'normal' amounts of lettuce and Pico de gaillo or chopped up tomatoes on the plate with the eggrolls. Its wonderful to take a nite of them WITH the lettuce and tomatoes on top. Also, I'm usually the one who tells whichever manager on at the timethere how awesome our wait person is because they used 2 be GREAT! But sadly, our wait person was not good at all. She was nice but she forgot many things. The service was in not good at all! Sorry for the negative response but honestly I hope that it helps you to help Chili's. The chicken fajita was VERY good. Good food, served fast, which is always nice once in a while. The only downside to this place is that they get the orders wrong a fair number of times, so you have to double-check your order before you leave.

Building is in need of some upkeep. The staff was pleasant enough. Yellow Mountain Dew tastes like Pineapple flavored medicine.

At last the potatoes wedges were hot! So many times I ended up with cold wedges I gave up going there. 2say I stopped there for my son, lol and behold hot wedges! Excellent!

I really liked coming here especially as a first timer even tho the cashier Abraham seemed kinda nervous but he was really nice. I will definitely be coming back.
