KFC - Got what was the worst fast food ever served to me in my life. Dry/leathery chicken, no gravy, no biscuits, no sauces, and NO RECEIPT. Went back to the store because, obviously, not going to pay for this. When I told the “manager” I was upset and that I wanted his name and his manager’s name, he COMPLETELY LOST IT and told me I had to leave. When I took my phone out to take his picture because he wouldn’t give me his name, he grabbed my phone out of my hand, scratching my finger in the process, and threw my phone on the ground. One of the most unbelievable and surreal experiences of my life. No apology for the poor food quality, no attempt at customer service at all. Can’t believe how poorly KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken treats their customers... that I get handed inedible food and then assaulted when I try to return it.

Nicest buffet I've seen at a KFC. It was actually stocked! Good food.

It's a fine place. There is usually a long wait during the rush hour. It's better to approximate the time before ordering any food from this location.

Me and my friend wanted some food last night around 8:10 Pm, so we went through the drive thru and requested 2 seperate orders. My friend paid and we realized they charged her for everything. I politely asked the guy if he could refund her and charge me what I owe. Apparently he wasn't able to do this so a male manager came to the window and we explained to him what had happened & he started looking through our order on the screen and yelled "well, what is yours?!" I remained calm and told him which items were mine and he yelled at us right after "well, where is the receipt?! How do you expect me to do anything without a receipt?" even though we literally just paid and hadn't even received our food yet. I was so appalled at the way he was talking to us and raising his voice, when we had been nothing but respectful. I asked him why he was giving us an attitude? He then blew up even more saying "what do you expect, it's freezing outside, my workers are incompetent, I shouldn't have had to come out from the cooler doing inventory to help you, etc." then he closed the drive thru window. I was absolutely furious at this point & my friend and I decided to just ask for her money back so we could go elsewhere, since I didn't pay yet. He came back to the window and we requested the money back and told him nevermind on the food. His attitude changed drastically and he insisted he pay us back and we take the food. After handing us our food he tells my friend to apologize to me for his behavior (hello, I'm sitting right here...) I will never be returning to this KFC or any KFC for that matter. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life, or just been blatantly disrespected like that, especially by a manager... Someone who is supposed to be representing your company!!! I work in the same industry, I know how frustrating it can be not having the best employees/coworkers and having to pick up their slack, or being understaffed, etc. It sucks!!!! But that's no reason to be rude, unprofessional & take your frustrations out on your customers, no matter what type of way you're feeling.
