Snap Dragon Asian Buffet

What happen? The food and service here us usually awesome. My husband and I are usually greeted immediately as soon as we walk in the door. There was no one at the hostess desk and waitstaff ignored us. The person I suspect was the manager on duty was talking to customers and IGNORED US. The waitress seemed indifferent and never smiled. Many of the bins on the buffet were empty or close to it. We seriously wondered if the restaurant has new owners. When we left, the manager on duty was sitting in a booth talking to an employee with her head hanging down. I know I will never go back. Tonights experience was inexcusable.

Snap Dragon is a nice place to eat with your family. Not a lot of variety from visit to visit, but what they make is pretty good. Nice staff that are good to the kids and are fine when the 1y/o acts up. No sneers or sideways glances here. Overall a great place for dinner.

My family and I have been going to this place for years now. Servers are very friendly and the food is always good. Good lunch prices as well!

Quality or quantity! I think Snap Dragon has the best quality Asian buffet in the FM area. Everytime I give a different buffet a chance I regret it and wish I had eaten at Snap Dragon. They have the best cream cheese wontons ever. As others have said, they don't have the biggest selection. For the vegetarians out there, they do typically have at least one vegetarian dish on the buffet and vegetarian hot and sour soup. They also started offering vegetarian spring rolls. The servers are very friendly and there are some that have been there a long time, which I always think is a good sign.

Very impressed! Food was delicious and our waitress was super nice and tended to every one of our needs, we will be back!!
