Pizza Ranch

As a family we love pizza ranch. Our two 2 year old sons eat for free and mom and I get our fill. A family meal out for under $25 for a family of 4. I'm sold. The pizza is good and you can always grab fresh slices as they come out of the kitchen. Not seeing the flavor pizza you want, just ask and they will make it. The salad bar is nice also if that's your thing. Then they have fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and other dinner items if the pizza isn't cutting it. Finally they have dessert pizzas and ice cream.

Breaks my heart to say they are really going downhill. I used to work there and it was awesome during that time. But I went there just recently and was VERY disappointed. We stood upfront for a good 5 minutes before anyone came up. We could literally hear people talking in the back about something else instead of helping us. And i know there is a TV back there that shows us standing there waiting, NO need for us to be there for that long. I know it was not just a regular employee, it was the manager or something, it's the older lady with dark hair, that was talking in the back. She also just looks so sloppy. Like I get you're working with food but not a reason to look like that. Then the salad bar was just messy and really empty. The chicken was old, plates and silverware were dirty. Really sad, used to be my favorite place to eat.

Absolutely blown away by the customer service and kindness! Makes you feel welcome! Also Mike is a pretty stand up guy! The experience I had was so good I had to make a point to call corporate and let them know how great staff was before I even got in my car on the way out the door.

I have eaten here many times in the past and have never had a complaint. However , when I arrived there at around 5:30 on a Friday evening they had barely anything ready. They weren't even busy. My son ended up eating only the cheese bread. When they did put pizza out it was mainly specialty pizzas. Nothing kid friendly. After my 3rd trip up to see if they had pizza sauce, which they didn't, I told my son we were leaving. You would think that they would be prepared for the dinner crowd at this point. I feel like it was a complete waste money. It will be a long while before I return unless they want to compensate us with 2 free buffets.

great value for money. fresh and tasty pizzas, chicken and salads. Desserts are fine too.
