We are looking for a new camper. Everyone at this dealership is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are not pushy to make a sale. Be prepared for them to actually take time to help you find what you want. We will probably go back.

We initially had a good experience in purchasing our Salem camper. Several issues with the camper; like the entire paint peeled off the front of the camper the first time it rained! Kroubetz did complete the warranty work. They seem to like this type of work; as it makes them money from the manufacturer. We decided to sell the camper last fall; as we would like a smaller camper. The lovely people that purchased the camper had a flat tire out on a trip and discovered that the spare tire did not even fit the trailer! Wrong size rim! We called Kroubetz to inform them of this unfortunate issue; and instead of apologizing and and offering to make it right with the new owners (camper is only 2 years old). They said 'tough luck'! Not a great way to build business with old and potentially new customers. How much would replacing the wrong tire actually cost! Pennies. How much money do you lose when we decide to buy our new camper at one of your competitors? We pick up our new camper April 1. Not using Kroubetz, and check your spare tires people!

On positive side the unit we were to buy was damaged and the staff already had another unit available. All extra accessories were on hand. The disappointment was that we were not informed of the time commitment needed to pick up the camper. Also the shop staff was not totally up to speed on the set up and take down of the camper we are buying. I know it is a new type of tent camper but I would expect the crews to be properly trained. Offered information rather than just waiting for questions. Straight forward, honest answers with no pressure. Kim and Jeff went above and beyond what we expected.

Pete is amazing. Had all the right parts in stock to get us back on the road. Other dealers said 1-2 weeks
