Monticello RV is fantastic! We did our research ahead of time and found Monticello RV to have the best pricing of any RV Dealer within 200 miles. Once there we felt very comfortable with their honest, no pressure sales approach. We truly felt they were interested in helping us find the best "fit" camper instead of just trying to make a sale. They were also very thorough in explaining the camper to us at the final walk through/purchase and helped facilitate the camper move to our new seasonal campsite. We can't wait to start camping in our new camper this spring!

Ok folks here we go. Been getting items for my RV for the past couple weeks and left a good review last time. But today I totally had a very bad experience. Walked into building and found the product on the self with about 10 of the same item. Was about to pickup the item when I hear, Sir that item is a display item. I was taking back that there were at least 10 display items right in the open to pick up . He then says you need to go to the other side of the store and walk up to the counter and ask for what you need. Oh he also had a customer with him when he said this to me. I was totally taking back my this idiot's way of conducting business. I committed that was the dumbest thing I ever heard of. Why would you put 10 boxes of this item togeather on a shelf and call them display pieces? Anway walked up to the counter and asked for the part. Told the person behind the counter what I thought about this guy. They said that was the owners son. This guy needs to learn to help his customers instead of being a Ass hole. Well there my rant. Never going back there again..Fleet Farm has good variety of RV items and will also order on line. So if you to this place dont touch anything.

We went to look at campers this weekend. The staff was awesome. It was so nice having a sales person (Ryan) sit down with us and find out what we NEEDED in a camper, and not just show us campers they wanted to sell us. Can't say enough about feeling comfortable looking, rather then being pushed to make a decision. Finally, a good experience. Thank you again for all of your help. We will be back.

Honesty is their Policy Like the Title says, honesty is their policy. I bought a used Motor home from them and they treated me like I was buying new. Robert was the salesman I was in contact with. I had emailed about the motor home and he answered me promptly. He was honest about what was wrong with the motor home (only cosmetic) and when I went to go and see the motor home he went through and showed me what was going on. Robert told me that honesty is their policy and I believe it. The financing was a breeze, took about 30 min in all. I also got to see their service in action too, when a customer asked to have them look at something and they were responsive as well. Honest, good prices, good service.
