North Country RV

We are in the process of purchasing our 3rd Lance travel trailer from North Country RV. Over the course of doing business with Stephanie and Brian for the the past 12 years, we have been nothing but highly satisfied with our Lance trailers and service. Working with Tyler on this new purchase has been very positive, as well. Great product, people and service!

North Country is great! They are a small dealer with great customer service. We have bought two RVs from them. Our sales went smoothly, no issues, no surprises. When it was time to trade in they also gave us a great deal. Their service department is wonderful. They handle warranty work, insurance claims and any special upgrades you would like. The best part is when you are far from home their service department is glad to help give you ideas when something goes wrong. Our first year was tough learning the ins and outs. We had a lot of user error but they were always patient and helpful. They are always willing to give the newbie advice. I would highly recommend them.

Sales wasn't pushy, explained all the options. Compared used to new. Ended up buying a new Spree Connect Travel trailer and 3 years later we're still glad we chose North Country. Trailer has been trouble free and we felt like we got good value for the money. North Country also gave us a great trade in value on our old camper compared to many other metro dealers. Wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future should we choose to update again.

Tyler Dustman is amazing..... We stopped into North Country RV without an appointment today as well as many other dealerships with questions about Four season RV’s. Here we were after Open Range brand fifth wheel campers. After Tyler asked a few questions in return he greatfully opened 3 different quality RV’s for us to look at without adding tons of bunk conversation like other sales persons at the previous dealerships. He is not pushy at all!!! He is very knowledgeable, we are shoppers so we had already done our research. He confirmed our eduction to be correct and then taught us more! When we let him know we were thinking used and not new at this time, he kindly let us know he would keep us in the loop if he received any trade ins... again not pushy! When we are ready to buy, we will go back..... Thank you Tyler!
