Awesome Experience! We worked with Dave and he was just the nicest guy. Sure, it's his job to sell you an RV ... but we couldn't have been more pleased with his demeanor and respect for what we had in mind. Thank you for your awesome salesmanship!

Purchased a new 4Winds. Requested a walk through to ensure everything was working when we picked up in 2 weeks. I called a few days before my arrival to ensure it was ready to travel and stay in. Reassured it was in working order and ready to use. We live 6 hours away. They failed to put a 30 day sticker in the window to make it legal. When I turned on the AC, it did not work. Had to change fuse. When I turned it on again, only one side put cold air out. Took off the inside cover to make sure duct was not blocked. Factory installation was faulty. So, I know it was never checked by Pleasureland RV. I was told that the water lines were purged and it was ready to use. Gas/Electric heater does not work...nothing. Water lines were left closed on the "check". I am sure it was never checked for functioning. Keeps blowing appliance fuses. When I call, Adam (my sales person) insures me that my problems will be addressed. The workmanship on this unit is terrible, and it appears that sales is interested in moving a product rather than satisfying a customer. Or, maybe just too much business and can't take care of people who have already purchased. When have had to delay our travels for 2 weeks now. It looks like another 2 weeks.

While I did not end up closing on a trailer with PleasureLand, I wanted to write a quick review of the salesman we worked with; Scott. Scott was an incredible help on our search- honest, pleasant and helpful. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable in our search and he even called to check in with us, encouraging us to go with our best fit. If you are looking for sales help- ask for Scott!

Absolutely the worst service department around! I have left 4 messages in a week to get some warranty work done on my camper that is 2 months old! and have not heard anything back from them. I guess I won't be doing any camping this summer!!

Horrible customer service. Told the sales person we wanted help to decide what would be best for us and that we had found a couple travel trailers online that we wanted to see. He said he would help us and another person asked him a question and he went to help them, never saw anyone again to help us.
