I just wanted to say I have always had great service when I go to Coates!! My go to person in service is Joan, she’s always there to help me whether it’s over the phone or if I have to bring my trailer in. We recently purchased a new Jeep and it didn’t have a trailer hitch on it. I called Joan and she made sure that we ordered the correct one to work with our trailer. I’m so glad we went to Coates instead of the car dealership. Now I feel totally safe when we’re pulling our trailer, knowing we have all of the correct accessories from Joan at Coates!!

Great place to deal with. This was our second trailer purchase with Coates. They gave us a great deal with a bit of negotiation. Coates made sure everything was set up right. Their walk through/orientation was outstanding. They went through all the features of our trailer and made sure we understood it's operation ....always asking if we had questions. Overall great place. We highly recommend Coates!

We love our new camper! The staff was great to our kids, very tuned in to what our family needs were, and no pressure at all. We couldn’t be happier! You’ve earned life long customers - Thank you Coates team!

Great experience from beginning to end. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Jason (the sales guy), Jason (the finance guy), Shelly and Dan K were all great and were patient with us being first time RV owners!

Great place to deal with. Very knowledgeable parts and service people. They gave me a great deal with a little bit of negotiation. Made sure everything was set up right and got me on my way back home in a timely manner. (Drove from Bismarck to Hugo and back same day to pick up the camper) Good deals in the parts dept when you buy a new camper to stock up on nessecities and optional equipment. The walk through/orientation was great, went through all the features and need to know items. Overall great place.
