We recently purchase a new truck and needed to get our hitch and RV realigned, balanced. We did not realize going from an Edge to an F150 would be that big of a difference. Not realizing this, we had problems with our hitch on Tuesday night and Imperial Camper in Newport squeezed us in Thursday afternoon before the busy Memorial weekend. We bought 2 O rings to lengthen our chains and Matt Erickson (Service Mgr, Owner) the cost of balancing was a remarkable great deal. We were totally surprised. Especially after I called an RV place (name is TOP of HILL ;) ) was going to charge us over 125.00
I was not expecting this and still speechless.
PLEASE VISIT MATT
THANK YOU TODD (Customer for life)

After doing a ton of research on pricing and service at many dealers, we had a great overall camper buying experience at Imperial! Jim had by far the best price and made our camper purchasing experience smooth and seamless. Service was exceptional in educating us and preparing the camper for usage. We purchased some add-ons from Imperial's parts department and were extremely impressed by the wide selection of parts they had in stock as well as the overall knowledge of the staff. In sum, we would highly recommend Imperial camper if you are looking for the best price, service, and parts on a camper!

Quick, efficient, affordable and they didn't even charge us with installation of our house battery. The guy who helped us was very business-like and helpful but not overly friendly. Other than that, perfect.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER!!!!! Purchased a new camper in May 2014. Camper has spent more time there than with me. Service department is incompetent. Have had same problems worked on multiple times, still not fixed. When calling them this year to try and fix repeated problems, was advised to trader in travel trailer on new one. The dealer will not stand behind the products they sell. Thank you for the response. Here is what you do not know. All of these problems showed up the first time I used the camper. Painting the cap, was noted at delivery. Took a year to get it fixed after your tech buffed through the gel coat. The slide not working, your tech added some self tapping screws into the slide frame instead extracting the broken bolts. Cost me $600 this summer to find out Imperial fixed it incorrectly. The air conditioning, diverter doors were broken, cost $500 this summer to get fixed. All things that were wrong the first time out. It only shows I had it there 2 times because the repair orders were open for multiple visits. When I called this spring to briing it in for the same repairs that Imperial camper has tried to fix multiple times, I was advised by your service manager that they are common problems and cannot be fixed. YOUR service manager advised me that Imperial camper was under new ownership and was not obligated to help me. His suggestion was to trade it in on a new camper. Imperial camper does deserve the review I left. Imperial paid put $3000, because the service department screwed up. I spent $1500 thus year out of my pocket fixing things your service department said couldn't be fixed.
