Shorewood RV Center

I have such a love hate relationship with Shorewood. We ordered a Cherokee trailer early last year that never showed up. Since we had trips planned and needed a trailer we asked to cancel the order so we could buy from somewhere else. They wouldn't let us cancel but "offered" to let us buy one off the lot. Here we are, a year later, with a camper we don't want. The same camper they are selling now for $3k lower than they sold it to us for. So they didn't even cut us a deal after waiting so long for the original one. :(

Great customer service and a welcoming feel. We bought our camper and had some issues with it. They fixed it under the warranty and improved the design. We are remembered and greeted by name when we walk in to the business.

100% the most terrible service department on the planet!! Time and time again they have failed us. We wait months to get in, they start late and most items go unresolved.

Everyone there was very nice, from the gals at the front info kiosk to Jason, who showed us around our new truck camper! The mechanic came in and checked on a few things, that needed to be done quick, and answered some questions as well. We will definitely be back again!!
