We bought a new KZ Expandable camper in late March 2017. Purchase experience was OK, but full of promises that you shouldn't expect to be able to collect on. We were convinced to buy a 5-year extended warranty on the camper which was never used.
This year we traded the camper in on a new camper from a different dealer and applied for a refund on the extended warranty (again, NEVER used). Turns out it is not an 'extension' on your warranty, it is 'in addition to' your warranty and starts the day you buy the camper. So we were told we only get 80% back, minus fees for them having to cut a check. This is an impossibly long process, which they drag out in order to earn as much interest on your money as they can before returning it to you. Applied for refund on March 28, 2018 and am still waiting (May 3 now) for a check that was supposedly cut on April 25 and mailed out. I only live 60 miles from the dealership. The pigeon must have gotten lost.
So, here's my advice: If you want a camper, they have a selection (so do all the other dealerships). Just don't expect any service after you buy. AND, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GET CONNED INTO AN 'EXTENDED' WARRANTY.

Bought our camper from here and me and my family love it. We have owned it for 2 season now and have had no problems with it. Tyler our salesman was great. I would recommend them to anyone lookin to buy a camper.😊

BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased two campers previously from Pleasureland in St. Cloud and had wonderful service and experience. As a result, we foolishly trusted the Pleasureland in BRAINERD when we really shouldn't have. Didn't even check the reviews, which I clearly should have because like others here, we had a horrible experience. They sold us a unit that was littered with issues, issues we did not have a chance to catch prior to purchase BUT issues that the dealership SHOULD have disclosed. We purchased the unit in February which made it next to impossible to properly inspect. When we got it home (15 hour drive away), we discovered 3 separate water leaks and damage including a wall, the floor under the couch and a cabinet. The break line was severed, the water line had been taped together with electrical tape, the battery was dead and both canvas ends needed replacing due to the multiple holes which not only damaged the bunk ends but the cushions as well. Dan's response was like the other's one line have reported "you bought as is and used". He sent us a $650 cheque to cover over $4000 worth of repairs. HORRIBLE person and a HORRIBLE dealership - PLEASE DO NOT buy from this dealership. They act nice and promise honesty but laugh behind your back once you leave and they have your hard earned money!!
