La Colombe Coffee Roasters

This review is solely based on the taste of the coffee. The shop appeared to be pretty neat on the inside but I waited outside with the dog while my wife grabbed coffee. I got a cold brew coffee and it was room temperature and the flavor assumed the plastic cup it was in. I recommend serving the cold brew chilled and not relying on ice and also get better cups and straws that do not affect the taste of the product.

I got an espresso here and it was great. The service was quick and it was great to see they had sparkling water on tap. The space was open and welcoming inside the shop. I loved the location of the coffee shop in the middle of the alley.

it’s always busy but for good reason. Great coffee, friendly service and delicious baked goods. They strategically place the cabinet of savoury and sweets in front of the area where you queue so you’ll definitely walk out with more than what you came here for.

I’m pretty sure that half of DC comes here for coffee on Saturday mornings just so that the other half of DC can see them here! In other words, it’s always busy but for good reason. Great coffee, friendly service and delicious baked goods.
