La Colombe Coffee Roasters

Bump down one star for some of the baristas attitudes here, being sour and unpleasant doesn't make you cool. This isn't NYC folks. That aside, this place is solid on coffee and is one of the best in an are where there's a least seven coffee shops within a two block radius. Service is quick and it's usually packed with people talking and working as well. You can purchase beans here as well as get them ground. The best thing about this location is how fast they get you in and out, can't beat a less than 5min wait.

I'm giving this a 3-star because the staff was nice, the man making the coffees was nice and very creative. Definitely a place for hipsters. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but the crowd wasn't very inviting. And there was no room to sit. I had to ask someone to please move their newspaper off a neighboring table so I could sit down in a very cramped seat. Also, I actually really hated the coffee. If you like super bitter coffee, then this place is for you. Should have gone to Starbucks lol

A very modern coffee house. The coffee and tea were delicious...but pretty expensive $8.00 for both. While the space itself is very open with a lot of light, the seating is pretty basic (wooden benches and stools). Most tables accommodate two people, and tables can't be moved to allow for athe group to sit together. No couches or cushioned chairs...so not really inviting for a long-term stay (study session, etc.)

This place only has a few deserts. Its selection of coffee though is great. The latter was perfect, and the pour over coffee was very tasty. The baristas are skilled and I would definitely come back here.

Expensive but good coffee. Pastry options limited. Seating isn’t the most comfortable but does the job. The vibe is good.
