This is a nice little restaurant in the heart of our Capital. It has a variety of soup and sandwich options that are all tasty. It is also surrounded by a beautiful outdoor sculpture garden so you get a chance to enjoy some scenery once you are finished eating. The only complaint is that the price is a little high in my opinion.

Very good, light food for a great day! Also great prices. I like that they added water cups to our meal without us asking, it was a nice touch.

Was not vegan, as stated. We got two meals. One was a roasted veggie wrap with small garden salad, and the other a salad with fennel and spiralized kohlrabi. Signs listed the ingredients of each. I asked the server whether each was vegan and she said yes. I should have known to explain that vegan had no animal products? They both came with a dressing that had not been listed, and seemed to be mayonnaise-based, which calls into question what else wasn't listed. We were out of time to ask them to re-make the dishes.

Only one visit, and they seemed ready to close (so maybe it wasn't representative) but the service sucked, and I was unimpressed with the options, nor the value. I would go back because it was a relaxing oasis on the mall, and in the sculpture garden. But should we not expect more? Or is the nation OK with a "tourist trap" in the National Sculpture Garden?

This is the BEST place to eat lunch. I feel like no one really knows how great this place is. It’s totally underrated. Have been here a handful of times and have had a bunch of different things on the menu and everything has been great. My and my significant other’s favorite place to eat lunch in DC! Don’t underestimate the simplicity of a great lunch here.
