La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant

I wish I could give this 0 stars!! The service was good the food/kitchen was horrible!! We went yesterday (a Thursday) for a birthday, a party of 14. They brought our food out, half the orders were wrong, cold, or missing. We sent the wrong orders back, INSTEAD of fixing a new one, they tried to fix the wrong order instead!! We sent it back again. I assume the cooks were upset because instead of fixing our food first, the push us to the back of the ticket line. The other half of the people who had their food were done eating by the time they brought out the fixed plates. Now those fixed plates were hot but the food (steak) was COLD!! We asked to speak to the manager instead of handling it personally he looked confused. He offered to comp the meals but then seemed to blame wait staff for the horrible food service we received. My drinks, chips, & salsa were constantly replenished and some people of the party were actually getting full off of that! How awful for the person of the birthday we were celebrating. He didn’t get to eat until we were walking out the door! I wouldn’t recommend this place until management changed. I don’t know what happened to it because I used to love going to this place!

I have had family visit from California (we know Mexican food) and everyone has loved the food. We have tried almost everything on the menu and it's all great. The meat is always so tender and very flavorful

Great place for great Mexican food! The service was very prompt and friendly and the food was awesome. We had a party of 8 and waited only 15 minutes or so during Sunday afternoon rush. Our waitress was very helpful and patient. Love this place 😁

This is just another americanized Mexican restaurant. Not close the be authentic not even the atmosphere, I would say this is a higher version of taco bell. Do not come here if you're looking for something little closer to the real Mexican food/atmosphere, drinks are ok. Little high, and services is good. That's why I give them 2 stars.

I've bn here a few times and food is decent. Wait times however are ridiculous! This last visit's wait time was an hr. Yes, it was a Saturday night but u can tell that some staff members (waiters) must of called out that night. Also, our table was ready probably 20 min before we were allowed to be seated. How do I know? I observed that table being empty after the previous party left. Again, need more waiters! 2 stars was for the wonderful female waiter that gave balloons and teddy grams to my toddlers to calm them down from crying!
