Viva is the best all around Mexican restaurant in the area (and I've tried them all). The food is fresh, delicious, and affordable. The service is always great. It does get crowded during peak times so expect a [possible short wait on weekends. It's worth the wait.

This place was good. It's nothing fancy, and it's pretty small, but the food was good. It's a good cheap date night spot. They served us our food super fast, and the waitress was really attentive... Almost too attentive to be honest. I'd go back

They charge extra for every little thing. But the food is good. Just keep in mind extra Ranch for kids chicken is over $1. Almost $2.

The more I go the more I prefer this restaurant. Portions are plentiful and very good. Service is excellent.
