La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant

Our server was amazing. The service was great. Food was phenomenal! The only complaint that I have is that when we got there the young lady set us by the door. So we asked if we could have a booth instead which we saw was empty. She proceeded to tell us there would be a 30 minute wait for a booth. But another Hostess came over told us that the Booth was clear and that we could sit there. So that's not really a big deal. Over all my experience was amazing as it always is.

I joined a friend for lunch. Friday's are typically a busy day at any restaurant, and La Parilla is certainly among the busiest of them. Sadly, I do not remember out server's name, but without a doubt, she had been the BEST server that I have had the privilege of meeting in ALL OF ATLANTA in a very long time. My companion and I both did the Speedy Gonzales lunch specials plus queso with jalapeno. Very good and not expensive at all. Even if the food were not as good, or the prices a bit higher, I WOULD return just for that same server.

The bartender JR needs an attitude adjustment. He is horrible. I come regularly and sit at the bar because the atmosphere is so much better there. When they hired JR, I stopped coming because his personality stinks! He frowns the entire time I’m there. I use to leave large tips for the service I would receive, but now I leave the minimum. I hate to give my money to someone like him, and I hate that he is there. If you’re not happy then quit!

It's a great place. The food here tastes great. Authentic Mexican. Loved the rice and beans on the sides. Do try their popular enchiladas. The drinks are good too. Awesome place.

I love this place. I am new to the area and this has become my favorite place to eat I swear I am there like once a week for their margaritas and now their brisket tacos thanks to jennifer. The whole staff is phenomenal but my favorite that stands out is Jennifer she is an amazing server that's so personable as if she is welcoming you into her own home. Shes great with her menu recommendations and just radiates sunshine throughout every part of her customer service. She really exceeded my girlfriend and I's expectations. She really puts the stamp on the La Parrilla Experience. The Manager is doing a great job with his team. Thank you Jennifer I will see you soon. !!
