Ordered 2 sandwiches (egg and cheddar) at the counter, 30 minutes wait +. You shouldn’t have this item on the menu if its such a hassle - perhaps you should consider extra staff. Edit 1: The bun of the breakfast sandwich was cold when we got it. Was it a bad day in the kitchen? I don’t know, but we lost precious time on our short trip to New York City thinking we could grab something quick at the counter. Thankfully, the manager was kind and understanding enough to fully reimbourse us. I hope this review helps, you have a great establishment and it sucks to have to give you a negative review.

The location is convenient for those heading to/from Central Park. The food is good, and there’s decent variety in the menu. The only two real issues are that it’s difficult to understand some of the wait staff and they keep trying to up-sell options on the menu. Other than that it’s worth a visit for the food.

Came here for coffee: Prices seemed reasonable, An iced mocha was about $6. Staff was kind and prompt. Atmosphere has a very nice aesthetic.

It was a treat to drink a bowl.of coffee which I learned is a French custom. We shared a lemon tart, nice and tart with a buttery shortbread crust and a black and white mousse cake. My husband has a lemonade with mint, which included a layer of fresh mint. It was delicious as well.

Great organic inspired breakfast bakery. It's sit down with servers but be careful because it gets busy. Everything is catered to a healthy but delicious menu. Vegan and vegatarians welcome. Wish their cups had handles though. A little too communal for me but nice place with quality food.
