There isn't much to see from the plaque. Every few years the university comes down and does a dig/study. There are fossils, but it is illegal to dig and the area has a lot of coyote dens. The coyotes are very protective of their babies and have attacked dogs.Better to leave it to the pros.

A thought provoking site but just a sign to see. Nothing here but the plaque. Relaxing drive to the site however
