Literally waited until the day of my appointment to call and tell me I need a referral from my doctor. Who was closed. This appointment was scheduled a month out. At no time did they think maybe to check that before hand or, I don't know, when I told them about on the phone and they said it was fine.

Ordered a set of glasses after two full weeks they still weren’t in. Called on Friday was told they would be for sure Monday. Called Monday and was told they would be in Tuesday. Decided to cancel the order instead of keep waiting since no one there seems to know what is going on. The girl who processed the refund had no idea how to do it. This is the most poorly managed LensCrafters I have ever seen

Decent place with a good selection of eyewear. I have received better customer service at Sears optical though.

Always fast friendly service. Great selection compared to mom and pop shops, and I hate waiting a week or more. Big shout out to Mike Kittridge, very good at what he does.

Ive been to other lenscrafters locations and the employees here are very attentive . Rayanne is awsome!!! They care about how you feel and look in your new glasses. They also make sure they go into detail when it comes to the bill. I havent had any problems .When ever i go the employees are always great ,very helpful.
