Bling Eyewear

I've been coming here for a couple years. This place is amazing. Dr. Tong is very patient and listens to all my concerns when fitting me for new contacts. He even had me come back two times to really tweak the lenses to make sure they were perfect for me. I was not charged for these subsequent visits. He truly goes the extra mile. On the store side Bling is beautiful and tasteful. The employees are courteous, helpful, and not aggressive. Definitely recommend this place. The location is convenient too.

The service is by far the best anywhere The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would never go anywhere else for glasses. TheyNever rush you. They search for the right frames for you! Incredible selection....I cannot day enough good about this shop. I travel in from cape cod to get my glasses. And the owners dig right in to help!! Awesome shop highly recommend to anyone ...

Love love love this place! After having my prescription from Koch filled at Bling, I knew there was something wrong. I brought my glasses back and was assured that the prescription was filled as written. Seeing that I was frustrated with my new glasses, the owner offered me a free eye exam with Dr. Tong. Turns out that my prescription from Koch was all wrong. Bling offered to replace the lenses in both glasses-FOR FREE! I couldn't be more pleased with Bling Eyewear, and more disappointed with Koch. No more Koch for me. Bling only!!!

The whole team is helpful and very caring of their customers. My 12 year old broke her glasses the second time this month and needed it for her exams the next day. I brought her to the Cranston location after her after school program, around 4:30PM. Her lenses where too scratched up and non of the frames in store would fit them anyways. The store was soon to close and we thought we were going to leave without. Heather and her team not only called and had frames aswell as her prescription lenses rushed over but kept the store open a little longer to make sure my child was able to leave with glasses ❤

Dr Tong and the staff are excellent however, the price for my glasses are very expensive. I have a very heavy prescription that required very specific lenses, which costed over a thousand dollars with the frame at Bling. So I took the prescription and ordered my glasses elsewhere for less. I do highly recommend Dr Tong for the eye examine.
