Staff is very nice and kind. I had been glasses that had been knocked out of alignment and they fixed them for me very quickly and for free! Couldn't ask for better!

I would go no where else, Dr. Boisvert and the staff are very attentive to my needs! I'm very happy with my glasses!

The doctor was thorough, but the office staff has a lot to be desired. Receptionist was on a personal call on her cell phone when I came in and didn't get off for approx 2 minutes. The lady who helped me select a frame was NOT helpful at all. The worse was when I went to pick up my new glasses, a different lady did the fitting and bent the ear pieces so much my eye lashes rub against the lenses. I went back for 2 adjustments to no avail.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and the staff was very friendly. My new glasses were ready when promised and I am very pleased.
