I had a horrible experience, the woman that works there is so unprofessional & was so rude to me. She's nice to you only if you give them service, but nasty to you if you find someone else that will give you a better price. She knows nothing about Customer Service. I wanted 2 rings sized, she quoted me $35 each. I found another place lots cheaper, so naturally, I wanted to save money, when I went to get the rings back, she was so rude to me. I couldn't believe the attitude she gave me!! I was even upset my 3 kids had to hear her be snappy with me. My parents used to be loyal customers, but after I told them about how that lady acted towards me, they said they will never go back.

You can always find a happy, helpful and genuinely interested person to help you whether you are looking for a watch repair, Mother's Day gift, engagement ring, Father's Day gift, birthday gift, Teacher's appreciation gift or Christmas gift! The late Donald Leymaster, founder and his wonderful charming late wide Elna Leymaster were both legends of loyalty, integrity and fantastic people and business owners!!!
