I worked at this location in Chubbuck. One of the most mismanaged businesses I've ever witnessed. I had to travel to Idaho falls from Pocatello Idaho for the first two months of my career. They said they would pay my mileage expenses. I filed expense reports and quit after about 4 months of work. I now have to take them to court to receive the $2,000.00 they owe me from a year ago. Many other employees quit after I left saying they hated the dishonesty. I highly recommend NOT using this jeweler. I've witnessed how dishonest they are to customers and their employees. They are bad news.

This store provides the absolute worst service imaginable. The staff cannot even get along with one another. We dropped my wife's ring off at the beginning of June and were promised a two week turnaround...we're now in the beginning of August and I cannot get a call back from the Chubbuck store. The only updates I've received to date have come from the "Home Office'. Buyer beware...you can buy a diamond at many other jewelers....I'd steer clear of this place!

Went in there to buy a 8,000 ring and the two lazy girls sitting there visiting couldn't be bothered to do there job. WOW, never go back there again ever!!!
