Had the worst time trying to get a ring. We found the perfect one and bought it, they said it would be done in a week. When we went to get it they told us "one more week" and they told us "one more week" for 3 months after we had already paid for the ring. Awful service. On the plus side, they gave us all of our money back without a fight.

They're diamond guarantee is a joke. Spent good money on a wedding ring for my wife - she religiously went and had it inspected and cleaned every time we shopped at Fred Meyer. The diamond fell out, and because 'we hadn't retained any documentation of inspections', they refused to replace the diamond. This is 2014 - don't you have any kind of internal system for this? DO NOT BUY YOUR JEWELRY HERE!!

I have ordered a pin for a watch I bought there and everytime they "order" it I check back a month later and they have no record of anything ever happening. This has been going on since November 2013. I have purchased several items from this store and if there is no satisfaction this time I will never shop there again. I love the rest of the store which makes it all the more frustrating to be treated like this on expensive things like jewelery.
