Super frustrated. So I ordered a ring on December 9th or 10th. I got 2. One engagement ring and a wedding band for my husband. Well a couple weeks went by and I called and they canceled my husbands ring becuase they didn’t work with that vender anymore. They didn’t let me know so we could pick out a different one or anything. So I was like whatever. So I asked when I was going to get my ring. Well they said it was still on the way. So a couple more weeks went by and this was at the end of January. I asked where my ring was. Well I guess it got sent to them but it wasn’t engraved so they sent it back to get engraved. At this point I did not care if it was engraved or not. They didn’t even call to let me know. So I just called today! February 2nd! Almost 2 months after I ordered the ring and they still don’t have it. This whole experience has been the most frustrating thing in the world. Like if you don’t have something that’s understandable. But at least call your customer and let them know.

We've shopped at Jensen Jewelers many times in the past, and have always been very pleased with both the quality of the products and with the customer service. However, lately, every time I go in I've been treated with impatience and condescension. Sales people have tried to argue with me about aspects of the jewelry I've purchased, wouldn't give me a bid on an alteration I wanted, and have failed to fix an issue with their online database regarding a ring I bought, after telling me they would 3 different times.

Customer service is good but when it comes to returning something , they told me it was going to take 3-4 buisness days to get a check in the mail since i payed it out cash , and i was over 200 . I call back telling them i havent recived no check in the mail and tell me id have to wait another week since it was a "technical error " that they had going on .
