I recently dropped into Hal Davis Jewelers to see if they could assist me with replacement of my watch strap. It’s a deployment clasp on a rubber strap for a brand they don’t carry. I was told they would try to get it back to me within the hour! Fantastic customer service like you can only receive from a sole proprietorship and this one is as classy as they come. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service! I’ll be back. Chris

Best place to purchase any jewelry. Not only does salesman Tracy know the business, he treats his customers with the best service and care. We recently purchased a very high end watch and an engagement ring from Tracy and are extremely happy with the service not only from Tracy but the jeweler and everyone at Hal Davis.
