Requested to have a ring sent to store so I could see it before buying it. Was told 2-3 days. Been a week and no word. Bought a different one with a different company. The Locust Grove and Mall locations are more friendly than this location.

Wow, just had my ring checked out and cleaned. I didn't get her name, but she did an amazing job! My buying experience was awesome in the past too. Thank u again!

I brought a couple rings here to be sized down. When I got them back the bands were significantly thinner than when I brought them in. I asked them to fix it for me, so they sent them back, but when I got them back the second time they were still too thin. It was especially weird since I was sizing down, and the only way that the band could have been made thinner would be to actually take away gold from he shank.
