The people here are awesome. Not only was the sales rep extremely helpful, but was very knowledgeable about there vast selection. The sales rep made the experience like I was working with a good friend. I will defidentally go back again and again. 06/03/18 They impress me again! My fiance lost a stone from her ring, and the staff here worked very quickly and professionally to locate the right size of stone, and get it ordered ASAP so it would be there in time for the wedding.

I purchased a Pandora Ring online for a girls 15th Birthday and had it shipped to store. Shipping was free which was great and it was delivered in no time. The size I ordered was to big but I was able to exchange it for the correct size at the store with no trouble. All in all it was a pleasant experience and they have a very nice selection. Staff was also very kind, helpful, and professional.

Absolutely amazing staff, went to look at wedding sets.... and everyone was very patient, explained everything, showed us options but totally new our taste and expectations We ended up buying instead of just looking... Was the single best customer service I have ever received...... Thank You !!!!!

Extremely impressed by the customer service. The knowledge and the help by finding what I needed that day from the professional Pandora Specialist. I felt like 1 million bucks. Can’t wait to go back and start adding more pendants to my bracelet..
