Jewelers Bench

I wish there were more stars to rate the customer service and the skill that was put into the repair of my wedding band. It's a very complicated design with 5 suspended diamonds and two rows of small diamonds that surround both edges of the ring half way around. Well I smashed it! I mean smashed it. The ring even cut and bruised my finger. I thought all was lost or that it would cost me an arm and a leg to fix. Ben, at Jewelers Bench looked at it and said he could take care of it. Another jeweler was going to charge me $550 and it was to take 2 weeks while they sent it out of state. Ben was able to fix it for less then half the cost and I had the ring back on my finger in a day!! My ring looks like the damage never happened and my bank account is happy too!! I can't say enough, except to recommend this business for repairs on any jewelry, watches and hey, they even repair eyeglasses!! Wow! Outstanding customer service, honesty, craftsmanship and reasonable prices! Can't beat that and so hard to find these days!!

The owner is really nice. I have my ring sized there. They did a great job.

They were very helpful.. I needed some help with a ring and was running out of time. I was in a panic then they made everything OK👍😁

I went to pick up my son's necklace the man inside the store could barely manage a hello if that. He was rude and of story I asked him if he was the owner he said no so I'm glad about that.
