I strolled in out of the blue because I wanted to see what was offered and when I walked through the doors it smell like cotton candy. Yum!! I knew what I wanted just couldn't explain it. I had a terrific time. The sales lady was great, not once did I feel pushed, rushed or any kind of pressure to purchase. I tried on a dozen plus rings and she still walked around and showed me everything I wanted to see. I absolutely love my new ring. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great customer service and my beautiful new ring.

Finally, I've found the skilled artisans I've been looking for! I love sterling silver bracelets and have literally worn out one of my favorites. Although it was beyond repair, Art suggested using one of the links for a charm to be added to a new bracelet. What a brilliant idea! Donna helped me find just the right bracelet for the charm and I'll be adding more pieces from other "beyond repair" bracelets. I couldn't be happier with the creativity, expertise, helpfulness, and kindness of everyone I've encountered at Lee Read Jewelers. Thank you all!

Art did a truly fantastic job with my engagement ring! It needed a new crown, and decided to have a halo added, too. The first time around the diamond sat a little too high for my taste, so he creatively thought of a new idea and made it happen. My ring is so much more incredible than I imagined it could be. We are so grateful! Lee Read earned two forever customers.

On Saturday we went to Lee Read to buy my first diamond. Nissa greeted us as we walked in. She explained to us how the showroom was set up. Asked what brought us in. She then left us alone to look around to see what they had and find out what exactly I was looking for. While I was there I noticed that they treated a $10 customer the same way they treated a $10,000 customer. When we were ready to try on some rings we told Nissa we were ready. She asked my price range after trying on a few rings so that she could also show us some other rings like the ones I was looking at in my price range. She never pressured us to buy from them. She was very nice polite and very helpful explaining how everything worked. When I came back about 2 hours later to pick up my ring. I had picked my own ring and stone so it had to be set. Sarah greeted us. She instantly noticed that they had not turned my diamond the way that I had asked. She apologized and offered to fix it On the spot. I told her I was going to wear it like it was and would let her know if I decide to have it turned. Nissa wasn’t available when we picked up the ring but, as soon as she was free she called me and left a message about how sorry she was and that Sarah was the owner and wanted me to feel free to come back and have it fixed. I went in Monday morning. They fixed my ring right then. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. I have never been in a jewelry store that I wasn’t being pressured to buy something or followed all around while I looked. I will definitely buy from them again.
