The quality, selection and service here is truly wonderful. Jessica has always been so informative, professional, and cheerful. In the two years since I have had my wedding ring I’ve had only needed one plating and the repair was done and returned within a matter of days which is certainly unheard of for other jewelry stores. I won’t buy jewelry anywhere else!

Best experience shopping for a ring, as well as caring for it! When I send it for rhodium plating, I get it back SO soon! I always get fast service, and the employees are very friendly, and not too pushy. They are the kind of sales people I love :) Leslie Gordon and Seth Hoover are A+.

I had a wounderful experience at Morgan Jewelers! Jessica and Seth went far beyond my expectations and assisted me in finding the perfect engagment ring! One that was not only appealing, but budget friendly. In addition to that, they provided me with information that I was completely ignorant to, walking into their collection. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I bought my wife's ring more than three years ago. We live in Ohio now but when we went back to Boise to see family we decided to take the ring in. There were a couple of issues, there was chipping on the band and the center stone wasn't exactly what we had originally ordered, which wasn't a huge deal send we just put up with it. When we took it in, Josh was super helpful. Because there was miscommunication with the center stone cut they went ahead and just replaced it for us. We just got the ring shipped to us back in Ohio and it looks amazing! The center stone is what my wife always wanted, and you can't even tell where the chipping was. Thank you so much Morgan jewlers!

Leslie and Josh the store manager are the best. Bought a ring from them, my fiancé loves it! They were so helpful in helping us understand diamonds, pick the perfect diamond. Leslie is the best... she got me approved for financing. And when the credit department was just a bit below what was needed, she called her VP during his dinner to get an override. Really cool because we just bought a house (my remodel was costing more than expected), a new card and have a baby on the way (hence, the need for a ring lol!!!!). We will be life long customers for sure. I would take them over a chain jeweleler any day, any time. There is no comparison between them an a Kay, etc.
