Lana and the rest of the employees there are top notch. Have purchased several items and they have pulled off some pretty fantastic combinations and requests for me. Had some diamonds re-set into a new ring and they have been incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t go to anyone besides Lana even though her last name is a laugh riot!!

It was my first time looking at engagement rings and I had a terrible experience. The lady who “helped” me had terrible customer service skills. I didn’t get her name but she had short blonde hair. I brought my friend because my fiancé lives out of state and we were both appalled with how she treated us. I will not be coming back.

We shop at Kay Jewelers Boise for every gift we give each other. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and the items they carry are of higher quality than the other jewelry stores. This keeps us coming back and we will not shop anywhere else.
