Absolutely fantastic. My fiancee proposed to me with a ring from them a few months ago, and I've been in twice since to get it resized and to buy our wedding bands. Their employees are incredibly helpful and kind, and they have amazing deals.

Ring wasn't sized after a weeks wait, the ladies there were great and understanding, the man "Rob", showed no empathy, just a policy statting robot. He had the nerve at the end to question the authenticity of the ring in front of my fiance. Why only when we're leaving? And in front of her? That passive aggressive play to create dobut was probably the worst thing I can imagine a jeweler doing.

My girlfriend and I have been trying to find the perfect ring for some time now. We went into Fred Meyer jewelers and they sat us down asked about price ranges. They then ordered the stones my girlfriend loves. We went back a few days later and designed the perfect ring for her, it was within our price range and truly beautiful.

Sarah was awesome to work with she was great and made us feel like friends while shopping not customers. She helped us pick the best wedding ring and bands all while helping us stay inside our idea of ring and budget. She worked with us over a couple of days and that right there is service .
