honestly I just went in a for a spacer for my engagement ring however at the time they were not aware of this. I'm a younger person so I'm sure it didn't look like I was in to buy but the way I was ignored by BOTH employees when there was not one person in the store was unacceptable. I proceeded to look around a bit waiting for someone to approach me and nobody did and upon asking about spacers both employees didn't say much and weren't about assisting me in anyway. However I'm glad this happened because we will now be purchasing my band to accompany my 3.5 carat ring from another respectable jeweler that will provide the customer service we are looking for. Probably should not judge someone buying or not buying something more on the expensive end based on age or looks causing you to miss out on sales and returning customers.

We purchased our wedding rings with the assistance of Chuck Tucker. The entire experience was just great. Chuck explained the characteristics of all the different metals in an non-rushed atmosphere. The rings arrived as expected. Chuck also ensured we took advantage of was of sale pricing of which we were not a ware. Thank you Chuck and Fred Meyer!!
