Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! I’ve gone here many times, and have always had the best experience. Today they helped me exchange a ring that lost a diamond, and were so patient with me and helpful as I chose a new ring! Lori, Kendall, and Tony are amazing! Thank you guys so much!

I called on the phone and talked to Shirley. She was very friendly and told me to come in and she would be able to take care of me. When I came in she was great help and was nice to do business with. She was great.

Trying to do a simple exchange, they made me wait for about 30 mins, and kept helping other people in between and then they told me that there was a charge at the end. They were kind of rude, I asked if they could waive the difference because it's the same ring just diffrent color, said that there was a coupon used at time if purchase and that they can't legally honor. Excuse me? It's the same item diffrent color, I asked to speak to someone else they told me I had to wait between 5-50 minutes. I think Shirley is only willing to help if she's getting money out you.

The worst customer service experience we have ever had with a jewelry store. For starts we were told it would take 7 to 10 business days to get our ring back when we had order it. We ordered our ring on the 31st of March, it is now the 21st of April and still have not received our ring. We have called several times to try and find out what was going on and spoke to 4 different people. All but one of the sales associates promised to call right back and none of them followed through, this also including the manager Josh. Josh had guaranteed us he would find out what was going on and call us right back, but never did. We finally called again which was the 3rd time in a week, and talked to Tony who was the gentleman who sold us the ring. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He proceeded to cut us off and said he had no idea about the situation, then while explaining the situation, which is when we informed him that he did know about it because he sold us the ring. He then promised our ring would be here no later than Saturday the 22nd. We just received a phone call stating that the ring would not be here until Monday now. This call was from a completely different sales associates so the 4th one in a week. Tried to express our frustrations and was told that she was just the messager but will say she was the only associate that has any kind of sympathy. I will never buy another product from Fred Meyers Jewelry Store ever again. I will make sure all of our friends and family take their business elsewhere also. Oh and I made sure every phone call was being recorded during this horrible experience.

Went in looking for an anniversary upgrade. The staff was really helpful and gave lots of options on size and price. Also made us aware of upcoming specials and "when to buy" tips.
