Zales

I would definitely not recommend Going to the Zales at least NOT THE one at the mall! Let me tell you about my experience not once but serval times. I purchased my husband ring there I had called the store prior to going because I don’t live close to Twin. The day before I called The store I spoke with Grace I believe that was her name and I mention to her that I needed his ring resized and I wanted to make sure I would be able to do it before making the trip! She took all my information and said Yes you just need to come to the store and exchange it because we need to send that one back. Ok no problem, Well as soon I got there Mike the manager came up to us and he asked what he could help us with???? I mention to him I had spoke with Grace yesterday and I was coming to drop off my husband ring like she asked me to! First thing he said is Our system is down and I mention well Grace checked yesterday and she told me to drop it off! He said The system is down and there is nothing I can do. I had mention to him it was frustrating because I don’t live close to the area and how frustrated I was. He said you should always have your paper work with you! I pulled it out and said here you go and his response again was well the system is down! As a manager I would have expected something completely different other than No I Can’t do anything for you!!!!!! It’s pathetic!!!!!!! They all need to get on the same damn page!!!! And maybe try to figure something out and not just the system is down!!!!!

I've never ever had a bad experience coming in to this store ever. I came in on October 14, 2017 and I was greeted by a lady named Katherine. She asked me what I wanted instead of greeting me nicely. I told her I needed my ring serviced and she said what's that? She needs to work in a tattoo parlor not a professional jewelry store. She has piercings on her face that makes her very unattractive.

I'm two years behind in doing this but I'm sure someone should speak up. Two years ago I had a miscarriage and I was beyond devastated. I was completely crushed. To try to cope with it, and never forget the child I had lost, I logged on and ordered a custom mother's ring. I received an e-mail about two weeks later, telling me my ring was in. Well not only had I had a miscarriage, my car had crapped out entirely and I live over in Jerome. I got a ride to Twin two days later, got dropped off at the Mall. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady who insisted my ring was not in. When I showed her the confirmation email on my phone, she then informed me that the inventory had "not yet been confirmed" and that I was not getting my ring until that was done. She said that I had to wait for a phone call and to disregard the e-mail entirely. In tears, I went for a walk along the canyon edge, waiting for my husband to come get me after his shift. Three hours later, my phone goes off and it's Zales. The man who called me said my ring was in and I was welcome to collect it whenever I felt up for it. Excited, I hurried back to the mall. I was greeted by the same woman who had met me before and without preamble she bellowed "Listen lady, I told you earlier your ring isn't here yet!" Frustrated, I dropped the name of the man who had called me and showed her proof of the call in my phone records. She glared at me then said, "Well! It's not my fault if they did the inventory while I was at lunch." She then went and got my ring and scowled at me for crying over the precious piece she had handed me. She then informed me I was welcome to leave..."now." I promise, I will never go through ANY piece of this company again.

Took my wedding ring in to be fixed, they lost it, it had more sentimental value than monetary value and they offered me an instore credit. Never again. Not enough money in the world for the unique ring that I cherished.
