I sent my wedding ring long distance to have Molinelli’s make me a new one using the diamonds from my old one. We corresponded through email and I felt that Lance was always quick to respond to questions or comments. He helped me understand the process and helped decipher what I wanted. Once the ring started to be made, he kept me up-to-date on the process and shipped it to me overnight! The process was much faster than I had expected. I had prepared myself for a months long process, but after we had solidified exactly what I wanted, it was only a matter of weeks! My ring is absolutely gorgeous and even better than I had hoped for! I will definitely use them again, even though they are located in a different state!

As far as I'm concerned this is the only jewelry store in town for me! The service is always great that people always have Smiles on their faces and are ready to help you with anything that you need to have done! Plus my jewelry always comes out sparkling gorgeously! Love this place would never go anywhere else!

Molinelli’s is amazing! I was flattered my little girl wrote such a beautiful essay and won a spectacular gemstone. Lance was amazing and took the time to make her feel like a real winner!

I've bought many items of jewelry from Molinelli's Jewelers over the years. I've been treated very well from the first time I entered the store. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Elaine!! The merchandise is great quality and fun to wear! Kudos to a wonderful Old Town Pocatello business! I love you guys!!
