Worst experience ever with this company. They didn't have a large amount of stuff to move and then they damaged a large percentage of it. Denied my claim, even though they acknowledged the damage wasn't on the initial inventory slip and did exist at the destination. They also denied that some of the items that were damaged were even in the shipment. I fought the settlement, went to arbitration and was awarded over 10x more money then they had offered me.

Too bad I can't give this "company" negative stars.
Our basement was flooded LAST March (2017). Lincoln moving and storage was sent in by the cleaning company (we chose neither, our insurance company sent them) to pack up and move our belongings to their storage units while our basement was restored. Lincoln was contacted three months later when everything was finally restored/repaired/replaced and scheduled a time for them to bring our stuff back. They showed up three hours late and when they finally got to our home they only had 6 out of our 60 boxes. They tried to give us a nasty old queen bed that did not belong to us. The bed we had them store for us was a brand new full bed set that we had just bought a few months before the flood happened. But they tried to just give us a nasty old bed...gross and we are not thieves. So my son did not get his bed back, and he also did not get his entire wardrobe of clothes, collection of video games, our collection of blue rays and dvds, many toys, pieces of furniture and irreplaceable christmas deco. The workers had us go through boxes and when i found toys and deco that did not belong to us they tried to convince us to keep it! Again, we are not thieves..we don't keep what does not belong to us. They tried to make us sign a paper saying we had everything when clearly we had hardly anything they had removed from our home. The next day we were contacted by a man named Don who told us that our belongings had been stolen by an employees teen age son and that we needed to file a police report. We were promised that my kids bed would be replaced RIGHT AWAY (this was last June, we never received a bed...ever) and to make a list and cal the police and file a report. For months we fought with the company over what they owed us and last December we finally agreed on a settlement and still have not received payment. In fact, we have been told they can't afford to pay us at this time. We have had to replace many items (including the bed) out of our own pockets, and it does't look like we will receive any compensation with suing. Fun! Do NOT hire this company!

We needed movers to get us across the country and got an in-person estimate from Lincoln Moving. The sales pitch was good enough to get us to commit to them. They are an Atlas agent and are at their mercy. Any issues that arise will not be addressed and/or resolved. We dealt with Atlas with on issues surrounding where our beds were, when they were going to arrive (driver texted us to confirm delivery 10+ times), unprofessional movers that were handling our items, damages, etc. It was all justified by Atlas as normal business since the driver hadn't been home in about 3 months. This was the actual response by the Atlas team (claims specialist) after Lincoln Moving couldn't help. All after being spoken down to, blamed and lied to from Atlas. At any rate, save yourself the trouble and go with another moving company. Both Atlas and Lincoln will give you more headaches and gray hairs after taking your money.

I am with another Moving Company located in the Midwest. We performed services for a shipper in our area and were to invoice Lincoln Moving for services. This shipper was a military member and Lincoln was receiving payment from the Military and should have been paying us. We have been trying to get our payment from them since December of 2015. They owe us $3284. I would advise anyone looking to move to use a different company then Lincoln. We are not the only other moving company they are not paying for services provided. If I were to be moving, I would have grave concerns about the integrity of the company. Be ware other moving companies if Lincoln asks you to supply services for military members or other shippers. It will probably be on your dime!!

I have been waiting close to two months for reimbursement for damages to my property and still have received nothing but repeated apologies and repeated promises that it is coming.
