Reliable Moving

Excellent experience from beginning to end. They were available on short notice. Great communication—scheduling was easy and both scheduler and movers followed up punctually. Price and time quoted were fair (I have heard about a lot of unethical practices with add on charges in other reviews, that was not the case here)—was quoted $500 for 4 hours for moving one bedroom apt in West Seattle to Capitol Hill. Movers Thaddeus and Sam were great— professional, efficient, nice and funny :) I felt 100% confident in them and will hire this company and request these guys again the next time I have to move. I really appreciate your services Reliable Movers. Good name. (Thumbs up!)

Very professional start to finish. Admin people we dealt with were good too, but the three guys who did our move - Lonnie, Samuel and Thaddeus - were awesome. Careful, fast and they navigated some pretty tight corners with larger stuff really well. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent movers with customer service that can't be beat. I have used Reliable Movers twice and will continue to go to them whenever I need to schlep my stuff around the city. Most recently, the crew creatively placed my oversize couch in my new home by hoisting it three stories into the air! I was so impressed at the dedication and level of effort. Their communication is excellent and I never doubted things would run smoothly. If you hire Reliable (and I strongly encourage you to do so), ask for Pierre, Lonnie, Michael, Earl, and Thaddeus. The best of the best!

Ben and team are great. We had such a great experience having them do a full service move from Kirkland to Seattle. The team handled all our possessions and furniture as it it was their own, everything showed up in the same condition it left and Ben's estimate on our moving costs was bang on. I was super impressed with their punctuality, professionalism and quality of service they provide. Moving is stressful and the team at Reliable not only provided peace of mind in their work but even just reaffirming as they progressed letting us know through each milestone what was next and what to expect and letting us know the move was under control. Super impressed, kudos to the team on amazing customer service.

We had a long distance move which took all day but we had Thaddeus as the lead man who kept everything & everyone so organized. They did a fabulous job & the rates were very competitive! Each & every man was courteous & willing to go over & above to make our move as easy as possible & to keep every box & piece of furniture protected! We highly recommend Reliable Moving.
