I am giving a bad review because nothing has gone right with this company from the start and I feel like we were mislead. We were given a very low quote and then when the movers arrived the charge ended up to be nearly double. At the time to pay the movers the deposit, we were told to put the earliest date possible that we may be ready to receive the furniture. We were told not to worry, we would get a call prior to delivery and if we weren't ready it was no big deal, you had a month free storage. We had to wait for closing so I allowed a few weeks and put a date that I thought would work out. I received a call asking if a earlier delivery date would work, and I declined. I never received a call to reschedule until the day before the truck was arriving. The house closed later than we anticipated and funds were in transit. I didn't have enough cash available that day and tried to call to see if we could arrange another option. The person I talked to was very short and not nice. She basically said either pay cash when the driver arrives or you will be charge a storage and re-delivery fee. No trying to help. They would not accept any other form of payment - only cash or cashiers check. Plus, the mover dropped a couch into the wall and offered $100 deduction to fix the wall or we could file a claim. We cannot file a claim until the furniture is delivered and who knows how long that will take to resolve. Not happy with this company and cannot recommend them to anyone.

We had a great crew to move us out as well as move us back in (after 6 months in storage). I did most of the packing but they took care of the large art and TV. Gave them a bit of a challenge with our 2 kayaks and very heavy sleeper sofa but they rose to the challenge. Nothing was damaged and they were extremely friendly and professional. I’ve already recommended them to others.

Big John and Tony are amazing! Tony has helped my family on multifold occasions now and has gone above and beyond in every instance. Super friendly, hard working, affable guys. Very happy with the company.

A first class moving company. Excellent and honest estimator. Moving crew easy to work with, did all that was expected, placed everything were asked in new residence and did not break or damage one single item. Very pleased and would use again.

Not sure why they only have 2 stars. They were extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire move. The movers showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and had our entire move done within 4 hours saving us almost $500 from the original estimate. Nothing was broken, damaged, or scratched, and they offered to move anything in the house if we didn't like the placement before they left. I would definitely use them again.
