Jordan River Moving & Storage

The best movers in US. I would give them a 10 star if one such exists. The pick up staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. They know their work really well: they were on time, packed the items really well taking care of the delicate items, keeping track of every item and loaded the items very carefully and diligently. The drop off staff was very professional and skilled: The driver managed to maneuver the big trailer inside the community, each packed box was unwrapped very carefully and diligently, not even a single scratch to any item whatsoever in the entire inventory: a perfect score of 10/10. My experience with them have been super awesome and I would definitely recommend them and use their service next time when I move again. BTW I moved interstate. Cheers !!

They lost and broken stuff and told me to fill out a claim and I did and called and they said they will look into it but haven’t heard anything back. Very mad!

The experience I had with Jordan River Moving and Storage was exceptional. I would recommend them in a second. The 3 movers were fast, wrapped items exceptionally well and were very courteous. The move took less time than expected. Thank you so much!

Awful. If only zero stars were possible! Do not use this company. In fact, you should run. They are poor communicators, have terrible customer service (Nicole needs serious training or to get out of customer relations all together), and have different (and very misleading or conflicting) information each day. This is a perfect example of a bad business model.
